This Motor is specialized for VD4 circuit breaker and its rated voltage is from 24V to 250V AC & DC, also the voltage can be chosen and customized by clients. Its 6 gears are manufactured with the same process of ABB VD4 motor, powder metallurgy technology.
Functions:
This carries out automatic charging of the circuit-breaker operating mechanism closing springs. After circuit-breaker closing, the geared motor immediately recharges the closing springs. In the case of a power cut or during maintenance work, the closing springs can be charged manually in any case (by means of the special crank handle incorporated in the operating mechanism).
This VD4 Motor is the latest generation of products designed for medium- voltage products, which has good appearance, compact structure, plastic gears and planet reducer, lower noise and larger output torque as well as mechanical lifespan much longer than that of equivalent products. It has entered domestic, Asian and European markets accompanied with breaker New-VD4.
